Term Limits.

Why do we term limit the President, but not Congress?
If Congress wanted to limit the power of the Executive Branch because of
FDR's 4 terms in office, then why would we not want to apply the same
logic to the Legislative Branch? Seems like limiting power would be an
easy way to limit corruption and the ability some Congressmen have to
ignore their constituents.
